Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement in our supply chain processes. The successful candidate will oversee logistics and warehouse management in Cebu and CDO, manage raw materials procurement for the Tintay and Tawason areas, and handle purchasing and vehicle maintenance.

This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence.

Education and Experienced Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in manufacturing and distribution
• Proven ability to lead and mentor 50–100 employees, fostering high performance and accountability
• Experience in training and development programs to align team capabilities with company objectives
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics operations, and supply chain processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Creative problem-solving and strategic decision-making under pressure
• Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and fleet operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in SAP, WMS, ERP, and other operating tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and efficiency of company vehicles
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage fuel consumption, vehicle tracking, and driver performance
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for repairs and parts procurement
• Forecast and plan raw material requirements for Tintay and Tawason production sites
• Ensure timely delivery of materials by coordinating with suppliers
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for Cebu and CDO locations
• Ensure efficient warehouse management, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation and delivery schedules
• Lead and manage warehouse staff and logistics personnel for smooth operations
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services aligned with business needs
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs in logistics, procurement, and vehicle maintenance
• Optimize inventory turnover while ensuring product availability
• Maintain accurate records and reports for audits, inventory, and financial tracking
