We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in medical sales and a strong ability to adapt to different environments and roles quickly.- Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage for medical representatives who are on leave or during high-demand periods
- Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, including usage, benefits, and side effects
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities and challenges
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business) preferred
- Minimum of 1 year and 5 months of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adapt to different work environments quickly
