Role Description
This is an HR Internship based in Mandaluyong, following a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home). The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including the implementation of HR policies, management of employee engagement, maintenance of employee records, support in recruitment efforts, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Internship must be part of academic requirements, with a minimum of 300 internship hours
- Knowledge of HR practices, HR management, and employee benefits
- Strong organizational, administrative, and personnel management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Contract length: 2 months
