About the Role
  • The Cloud Operations Intern will play an active role in supporting the Cloud Operations Core Team across essential operational functions, including incident management, change management, and service request handling. This internship is designed to provide hands on exposure to real cloud operations work, enabling the intern to develop strong operational skills in a fast paced environment.

A key responsibility of the role is to assist the Cloud Services – Operations team in the end-to-end management of change request. The intern will help coordinate with cloud engineers, verify ticket completeness, prepare or validate supporting documentation, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and support the timely approval of changes in alignment with operational governance standards.

This internship also emphasizes practical experience with the Service management tool, ServiceNow (SNOW). The intern will use SNOW to track, manage, and document operational activities, ensuring accurate and compliant handling of incidents, changes, and service requests while learning industry standard ITSM practices.

  • Provide clear project outcomes/deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate and complete change request records within the change management system.
  • Coordinate with engineers to validate requirements, documentation, and impact assessments.
  • Facilitate stakeholder review and approval workflows.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly change status reports.
  • Define what is in scope deliverables.
