Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Accounting Department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment, develop practical accounting skills, and apply their academic knowledge under the guidance of experienced accounting professionals.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Participate in internal audit procedures and compliance-related tasks.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to senior accountants.
• Assist with daily accounting operations and other assigned tasks.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Gagalangin, Manila.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Applicants must be able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and an internship endorsement letter from their educational institution.
• This is a paid internship and includes a daily allowance.
• A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the internship program.
