What You’ll Be Doing- Call prospective and existing clients to schedule appointments for our consultants.
- Follow proven scripts to introduce services and generate interest.
- Record call outcomes and appointment details accurately in our system.
- Handle objections with professionalism and keep conversations positive.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment goals.
- Support the team by ensuring consultants always have a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional phone presence).
- A positive, energetic, and engaging personality (clients should enjoy talking to you).
- Strong listening skills and the ability to follow scripts while sounding natural.
- Confidence to handle objections and keep the conversation moving forward.
- Reliability and consistency—show up ready to succeed every shift.
- Availability for remote shifts (including overnight).
- Equipment at home: a laptop or desktop computer, a good-quality noise-canceling headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
