Business Development Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development VA with a proven background in sales and client acquisition. This role requires someone who can independently manage the entire business development process—from lead generation and qualification to client onboarding and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients through various channels.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, phone, and other platforms to engage prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, maintain an organized CRM database, and ensure accurate reporting of opportunities and progress.
- Client Onboarding: Prepare contracts, agreements, and onboarding materials, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active client.
- Business Development Support: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and implement growth strategies.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with prospects and clients to nurture long-term relationships.
- 3+ Years Proven Experience in Sales or Business Development with a track record of closing deals and managing the full sales cycle.
- End-to-End Sales Experience—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing and onboarding clients.
- Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills—able to confidently engage with prospects and convert them into clients.
- Experience with CRM Systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Results-Driven & Target-Oriented, with the ability to work independently and consistently hit goals.
- Professional, Upbeat Personality that represents the company well in all interactions.
- Rate: $5–$7/hour
- 10 Paid Days Off (flexible approval)
