Job Title: Medical Representative
Responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and generating sales within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.
- Promote and present company products to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit sales reports and territory updates.
- Participate in product launches, conventions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables.
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related courses is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
