We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent service across various communication channels.Whether you're a seasoned professional or a newcomer to the industry, we welcome applications from all backgrounds.
What you'll be doing- Manage multi-channel customer interactions.
- Deliver fast and professional solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions.
- Consistently meet quality and productivity standards.
- At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate
- With or Without BPO experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer navigation skills
- 16,000 - 24,000 basic salary + allowance + account incentives
