Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) to join our construction project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the project's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program and ensuring compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

• Implement and monitor the project's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards and company safety policies.
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and other safety training activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare the required reports.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to address safety concerns.
• Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the Project-in-Charge, supervisors, and workers on all safety-related matters.
• Assist during client audits and DOLE inspections.

• Must be a certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) in accordance with DOLE requirements.
• Experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Can start immediately is an advantage.
