Team LeadershipSupervise and monitor the daily activities of assigned team members.
Assign work schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and productivity within the department.
Report operational concerns and recommend process improvements.
Safety Officer II ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Organize and conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills.
Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
Coordinate with management and government agencies regarding safety compliance when necessary.
Recommend improvements to minimize workplace hazards and promote a safety culture.
