Funbikes, a market-leading retailer of outdoor vehicles and toys for adults and children, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Complaints Handler to join our customer support team remotely.Applicants must have proven experience handling customer complaints for a UK customer base.

We are looking for someone who can manage complaints with professionalism, fairness, and efficiency, while maintaining exceptional service standards. A passion for ourproduct range, which includes electric bikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, and other fun vehicles, is highly desirable!

• Handling customer complaints via phone, email, and live chat with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome for all parties.
• Communicating decisions clearly and maintaining a calm, courteous manner at all times.
• Making outbound calls to follow up on escalated complaints and resolutions.
• Handling administrative tasks related to customer service and complaints management.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and complaint investigations.
• Demonstrating attention to detail and ensuring all customer interactions are handled with care.
• Adapting to various customer needs and thinking critically to provide effective solutions.

• Proven experience handling customer complaints for a UK-based customer base is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat) efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and think critically to resolve customer issues and complaints.
