Project Coordinator (Supply Chain/ Logistics).

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Supply Chain/ Logistics) to Lead the end-to-end Packaging specifications development and delivery of PH Multipacks or Promo-banded packs under the SCC-costing scheme, ensuring timely execution, technical compliance, and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Banding Quality Check
• Ensure wrap-around bundling solutions, including sticker and banding specifications, is fit for use in our primary packaging
• Lead Secondary Packaging Development (Outercase)
• Design and optimize outercases for promotional packs and deals.
• Define and validate outercase specifications (dimensions, strength, material grade).
• Good to have: Knowledge on technical testing when needed (compression, drop, vibration) to ensure compliance with transport and storage requirements.
• Lead Tertiary Packaging Development (Palletization)
• Ensure proper palletization format and pattern (PnP) given primary and secondary packaging specs (dimension, gross wt, etc) aligned with PH Warehouse/Factory requirements
• Artwork & Print Elements (Support Role):
• Good to have: Maintain a working appreciation of artwork components such as printing processes, varnish types, and color standards to enable effective troubleshooting and supplier coordination if needed.
• Collaborate with AWEx and design agencies to ensure packaging specifications align with artwork feasibility and brand guidelines.

• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Supply Chain Planning, R&D, and external partners (suppliers, testing centers) for OTIF delivery of R&D specs
• Proactively identify risks to implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure adherence to internal packaging standards and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or Personal Care industries.
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
