  1. Maintain and organize project records, timesheets, and filing systems to ensure easy access to documents and information.
  2. Prepare, compile, and review financial reports and other related information for project tracking and reporting.
  3. Organize and compile accreditation requirements and ensure that all necessary certifications and documentation are in place for the projects.
  4. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, addressing concerns and providing updates as required.
  5. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution.
  6. Schedule and manage meetings, calendars, conferences, workshops, and other special events related to the projects.
  7. Ensure proper planning and coordination to avoid conflicts in schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Assist in managing the company’s timesheet system, ensuring accurate reporting of work hours and resource allocation.
  9. Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, including client data, project details, and internal correspondence.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the project management and operations teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
