Job description:
We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our sales team. Sales associate's responsibilities include converting leads, making sales calls, continuouslyupdating our database, and meeting sales targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Promptly respond to Facebook inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and efficiently.
- Identify and qualify leads from social media interactions and converting them.
- Contacting potential clients on the phone and by email.
- Handling client’s questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Meeting monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- With at least 1 year sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- With customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Can work independently or with a team.
- Willing to START ASAP
