Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources (HR):
o Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
o Employee Records: Maintain accurate digital/physical employee files, records, and the HR database.
o Policies: Update and implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
o Payroll & Attendance: Track attendance, leave, and prepare payroll data.
o Employee Engagement: Support performance management, training, and employee relations.
  • Administration:
o Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and logistics.
o Travel & Logistics: Organize travel logistics, meetings, and office equipment repairs.
o Support: Provide general administrative support, including documentation, drafting reports, and managing correspondence.

o Liaison: Act as a liaison with service providers and suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 2 years proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
