Key Responsibilities
o Employee Records: Maintain accurate digital/physical employee files, records, and the HR database.
o Policies: Update and implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
o Payroll & Attendance: Track attendance, leave, and prepare payroll data.
o Employee Engagement: Support performance management, training, and employee relations.
o Travel & Logistics: Organize travel logistics, meetings, and office equipment repairs.
o Support: Provide general administrative support, including documentation, drafting reports, and managing correspondence.
- Human Resources (HR):

Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 2 years proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
