Job Overview

The Inventory Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, financial integrity, and effective inventory control across warehouse operations. This role partners with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory processes, strengthen internal controls, and support accurate financial reporting.

• Manage inventory accounting and warehouse inventory controls.
• Analyze inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in SAP Business One.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, shrinkage, and stock aging.
• Develop inventory control policies and process improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead and mentor the inventory control team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory control within FMCG.
• Experience in warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.
• Strong inventory analysis and financial inventory control experience.
• Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
