Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join our growing team! We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in finding and attracting top talent to help our organization grow.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field

✅ At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

✅ Preferably with experience in Construction industry hiring

✅ Strong grasp of effective hiring platforms and sourcing strategies

✅ Excellent skills in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates

✅ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions
• Source candidates through online portals, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Evaluate applications, conduct screening calls/emails, and coordinate pre-interview assessments
• Prepare interview materials and conduct interviews (in-person or via video call) with shortlisted applicants
