WFH Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

You’ll play a hands-on role in sourcing, screening, and optimizing candidate pipelines, while also contributing to employee retention and diversity initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Create clear, compelling job descriptions to attract the right talent
• Manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to offer stage
• Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and optimize processes
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
• Co-develop retention initiatives for new hires during their first 90 days
• Champion diversity and inclusion across all hiring activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment strategy
• Proven success in high-volume and strategic hiring
• Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven approach to hiring and decision-making
• Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience best practices
