Provide administrative and clerical support to the Legal Team, including document preparation, filing, printing, scanning, and records management.Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accurate storage, tracking, retrieval, and safekeeping of legal documents.
Coordinate the routing of documents for review, approval, signature, submission, and distribution across departments.
Assist in the notarization process by maintaining notarial records, tracking notarized documents, and preparing related reports.
Prepare and update document logs, trackers, inventories, and administrative reports for the Legal Department.
Manage office and pantry supplies, monitor inventory levels, and support day-to-day administrative requirements.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of shared office spaces, meeting rooms, and pantry areas while supporting other tasks assigned by the Legal Team.
