Store Consignor Office (SCO) Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Store Consignor Office (SCO) and ensure administration of SCO activities (incidents management, intro, validation, orientation & deployment) with vendors and/or vendors’ partner agencies
- Update, maintain, communicate and implement SCO policies and guidelines
- Ensure sufficient manpower provided by vendor as committed
- Monitor vendors' manpower support and coordinate vacancies to vendors and/or vendors’ partner agencies and Category Heads
- Ensure completion of SCO reports - plantilla, headcount, vacancies, incidents and others
- Prepare service level reimbursements (SLR) of the vendors with vacancies and communicate to Category Heads for communication to vendors
- Review recommendation on the incidents involvement of Merchandisers
- Prepare and execute programs in relation to Store Consignor Office
