Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Xero and/or MYOB
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and general ledger management
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and general ledger accounts
  • Compile financial reports and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with team members and provide updates to management
  • Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
