Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of accounting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Xero and/or MYOB
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, management accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger processing
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and account reconciliation processes
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial data
  • Collate and validate reporting requirements across client accounts
  • Coordinate with team members and provide updates to managers
  • Support workflow coordination and resource allocation activities
  • Manage the financial accounts of one or more large clients
  • Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
