Role Description:
The Finance and Accounting Intern will assist the Finance Team in performing administrative and accounting support tasks. The intern will gain practical experience in financial documentation, record management, and basic accounting and auditing processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Team in daily administrative and accounting tasks
- Filing of vouchers and financial documents
- Encoding of receipts and financial records into the system or spreadsheets
- Scanning and organizing vouchers and supporting documents
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents for internal or external audits
- Assist in auditing by retrieving and compiling supporting documents as required
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Team
Qualifications:
- Currently a student of Accounting, Finance, or any related business course
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Willing to work on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days a week)
- Must own their own Microsoft Laptop
