A Store Supervisor should be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field, with at least 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, including supervisory or team leadership exposure.
The role requires strong leadership and people management skills to effectively oversee store personnel, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive team performance. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational and customer concerns.
The Store Supervisor ensures proper inventory management by overseeing stock levels, replenishment, and minimizing losses, while also maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines. The position includes handling customer concerns and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
