Branch Supervisor – Hotel / Beauty Industry
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, ensure excellent client experience, and support team performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in handling operations, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily branch operations and staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Monitor sales, attendance, schedules, and branch productivity
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and overall branch standards
- Support recruitment, training, and coaching of staff
- Prepare reports and coordinate with management regarding branch performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is an advantage
- With experience in hotel, salon, clinic, spa, or beauty industry operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented and goal-driven
- Willing to work on-site and flexible with schedules
