Shopify eCommerce Operations Associate

Lift Down is a fast-growing headwear brand selling direct-to-consumer and wholesale. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to run daily operations, manage suppliers, track orders, and keep our business running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track and follow up on orders, resolving issues before they affect customers.
• Manage out-of-stock updates and related operational tasks.
• Submit claims with 3PL for lost or delayed orders.
• Ensure tracking information is accurate and updated for customers.
• Set up new products in Shopify and relevant systems.

• Communicate with suppliers about orders, shipping, and timelines.
• Track the status of custom orders and supplier-led projects.
• Create and manage Warehouse Receiving Orders (WROs) for incoming inventory.

• Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational processes and efficiency.

1. 3-5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably for a US-based e-commerce brand.
2. Expert-level Shopify skills, including order management and integrations.
3. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements.
4. Able to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) confidently to speed up workflows, improve productivity, and solve problems creatively.
5. Excellent written and spoken English with experience handling professional communication with suppliers and customers.
6. Proactive and self-motivated, able to identify operational gaps and take action without waiting for instructions.
