Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• Preferably with 2-5 related background in a semiconductor company.
• With ability to execute good production plan.
• With strong leadership problem solving skills.
• With background in Capacity, standard time, cycle time, Planning, DLC.

Functions:

• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel for production; accomplishing results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Prepares the resources needed for the qualification run
• Assists in the creation monitors the achievement implementation of the department goals taking note of significant observations as well as recommendation for improvement; develops own goals for department heads approval
• Evaluates implementation of Productivity Improvement Plan highlight significant concerns to be able to come up with significant observations recommendation.
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting analyzing production performance records data; answering questions responding to requests.
• Implements quality programs participates on cross functional activities like problem solving, continuous improvement program .
• Maintains staff by orienting, training employees; developing personal grown opportunities
