- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food engineering, industrial engineering, or science-related course.
- Previous experience in food production or experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good leadership skills.
- With a keen eye for detail and a rational thinker
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing systems is an advantage
- Possess good decision-making skills
