Warehouse Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Must graduate a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in cold storage or temperature-controlled facilities. Solid understanding of cold chain logistics, temperature-sensitive product handling, and cold storage facility operations.
• Strong background in inventory control, warehouse layout optimization, and space management. Experience in implementing or managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Knowledgeable in Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), Food Safety Regulations, and HACCP protocols.
• Proven track record in developing and enforcing warehouse safety policies and compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with logistics providers, procurement, production, and QA teams.
• Willing to work on-site in a cold storage environment and flexible with working hours when operationally required.
• Preferably with a background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food manufacturing, or logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch) with focus on cold chain handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through monitoring, cycle counts, and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with GWP, HACCP, food safety, and safety regulations.
• Support warehouse layout optimization and efficient space utilization.
• Utilize and manage WMS/ERP systems for tracking and reporting.
• Supervise, train, and monitor warehouse staff performance.
• Address operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, production, and QA teams.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports.
