About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant to directly support the CEO in daily business and administrative operations. The ideal candidate must have prior VA experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Handle emails, follow-ups, and administrative coordination
  • Monitor tasks, deadlines, and operational priorities
  • Arrange bookings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking, monitoring payments, and organizing records
  • Assist with personal and business-related errands as needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) is required
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, VA, or similar administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience is required
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Experience with project management or task management tools is an advantage
