EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations, coordination, and business tasks.
Location: BANILAD, CEBU CITYEmployment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, messages, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate with staff, clients, and external partners
- Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Support day-to-day business and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
