We are seeking an HR Staff member to join our team in Philippines. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Assist with employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of HR Benefits, policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Conduct research and provide support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR Benefits.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in Philippines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
