We are seeking an HR Staff member to join our team in Philippines. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Assist with employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of HR Benefits, policies and procedures.
  • Participate in performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Conduct research and provide support for HR projects and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in Philippines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
