- In charge in preparing, analyzing & communicating Production / Administrative reports to the Head Office Japan including Translation in English to Japanese Report.
- Set goal, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met.
- Documenting Production/ Administrative activities & creating reports (From Japanese to English)
- Excellent Japanese communication skill in oral & in writing
- Typically10 years & above in senior leadership or management roles within a relevant industry like Japanese Manufacturing Company is an advantage.
- Strong critical thinking, risk management, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
