Urgent Hiring | VICE PRESIDENT FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS | Hybrid Set-up

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in our Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila office.

• Develop and implement effective customer service policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee the management and performance of the customer service team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure consistent service excellence
• Analyse customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives to address customer needs and concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in customer service delivery
• Gather and analyse customer data to inform decision-making, and present insights to senior management
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies related to customer service
• Foster a customer-centric culture and empower the team to deliver exceptional service

• Minimum 9 years of experience in customer service management or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and lead a team
• Experience in leading and motivating a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee development
• Proficiency in using customer service management tools and data analysis software
