Job Description
- Internal HR Management
- Lead and oversee the internal HR department, ensuring efficient operations and policy compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support business goals.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Monitor the KPI of the HR Department.
- Initiate training in coordination with heads.

- Oversee payroll processing for internal employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Generate and send pay slip of employees every payroll period.
- Ensure all released documents have a reference number and are properly recorded for tracking and auditing purposes.
- Facilitate administrative hearings together with the Legal Department.
- Create HRIS accounts for new employees to ensure proper system access and integration. Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Calculate last pay, including accrued benefits and deductions, and coordinate with Finance for processing.
