- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, campaign operations, customer experience, customer engagement, or related marketing functions
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and campaign performance analytics
- Working knowledge of Tableau and Looker for reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization
- Exposure to subscription-based businesses, membership programs, or customer lifecycle marketing environments is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage audience segments, campaign assets, offers, links, and execution checklists
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align customer communications with brand standards and business objectives
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong interest in lifecycle marketing, subscriber engagement, retention strategies, marketing technology, and campaign analytics
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, campaign reporting, performance tracking, and data compilation
- Proactive, dependable, and committed to supporting operational excellence, process improvements, and team initiatives
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Support- Assist in the setup, QA, and deployment of customer engagement and retention campaigns
- Manage campaign schedules, audience lists, segmentation records, and execution documentation
- Support onboarding, win-back, loyalty, and customer retention initiatives
- Prepare and deploy email, SMS, in-app, and account-based communications
- Ensure campaign assets are accurately configured, tagged, and aligned with approved messaging
- Coordinate approvals with marketing, legal, and brand stakeholders
- Monitor and compile campaign performance metrics, including opens, clicks, and engagement rates
- Maintain accurate campaign records, reporting trackers, and activity logs
- Identify and escalate reporting issues, data discrepancies, or tracking concerns
- Provide campaign updates and briefing materials to customer-facing teams
- Collect customer feedback and communication insights to support engagement strategies
- Assist with documentation, meeting notes, file management, and administrative tasks
- Follow established campaign workflows, QA standards, and governance procedures
- Recommend improvements to processes, templates, and operational efficiencies
- Continuously build knowledge in lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, and analytics
- High accuracy in campaign setup, QA, reporting, and documentation
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and campaign deliverables
- Efficient campaign execution with minimal errors, delays, or rework
- Strong collaboration with Engagement, Retention, Growth, Marketing Operations, and Customer Support teams
