Purpose of the Role
To support the HR and Administrative functions at the Eastwood office by providing day‑to‑day coordination, documentation, and clerical assistance during midshift or night‑shift hours. This role ensures smooth operations, proper record‑keeping, and timely support for employees and management during non‑peak hours.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support (General):
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities (e.g., preparing orientation materials, organizing documents, coordinating clearances).
- Help maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure basic compliance with HR documentation requirements.
- Support basic HR inquiry handling (e.g., release of IDs, certificates, and other HR documents) within scope.
Administrative Support:
- Provide front‑desk or office support during midshift/night shift when needed (e.g., receiving guests, coordinating office services, managing basic requests).
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and shared drives.
- Coordinate supplies and basic office needs (e.g., requesting office supplies, coordinating repairs, managing petty cash documentation if applicable).
- Support preparation and distribution of office communications, notices, and internal forms.
Data & Documentation:
- Assist in encoding and updating basic HR or admin data in spreadsheets or HRIS (as allowed for interns).
- Help prepare reports, trackers, and summaries (attendance, leave, equipment, etc.) as requested.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR and admin information handled.
Work Schedule & Availability:
- Commit to a midshift or night‑shift schedule as assigned (e.g., 5:00 PM–2:00 AM or 9:00 PM–5:00 AM).
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality during the assigned shift.
