Marketing Assistant

This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as the long term growth of the company

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The marketing function such as performing marketing research, collect publicly available information, to identify market segments, competitive landscape, and positioning strategies is one of the top priority responsibility
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Collaborating with the graphic designer, marketing team members, other internal teams, client’s and partners, on marketing strategy.
• Helping identify market trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
• Working Closely with sales and marketing department
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects and events
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analysis, rankings, etc.,)
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information during pre and post events
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional and digital campaigns, and attend to them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Write Marketing Literature (Brochures, press releases.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
• Communicate directly with vendors and encourage trusting relationship
• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
• Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
• Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
