About the role

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to travel bookings, enquiries, and support
• Provide clear, concise, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and complaints
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

• With or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role are welcome to apply, preferably in the travel industry for experience applicant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and database management
