About the role

Your role will involve handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

• Answering and responding to inbound calls from customers, providing accurate information and resolving queries
• Handling customer complaints and concerns, and working to find satisfactory solutions
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Adhering to established call center protocols and procedures
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Previous 3mos. experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably within the airline industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
