- Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
- Facilitates Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Development Plan Implementations.
- Manages Employee onboarding and acts as a Library Custodian.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management-related course.
- At least four (4) years experience in handling Learning/Training & Development facet in HR.
