Lead the end-to-end evaluation of marketing campaigns, including pre-analysis, live tracking, and post-campaign assessments
- Analyse campaign performance metrics such as ROI, incrementality, and cost efficiency to inform business decisions
- Develop and refine customer segmentation and targeting strategies across channels and campaigns
- Recommend improvements to offer structures, promotions, and engagement tactics based on behavioural insights
- Provide analytical input into campaign planning, prioritisation, and marketing calendar governance
- Conduct cross-sell and customer value analysis to uncover revenue growth opportunities
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across commercial functions
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent analytical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and data teams to support decision-making

A successful Senior Marketing Analyst Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or commercial analytics roles
- Strong expertise in campaign performance measurement, ROI optimisation, and customer segmentation
- Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
