Trade Marketing Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Marketing Analyst to be responsible for driving business performance through data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities across digital commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular business health checks through dashboards, including weekly data pulls and performance reviews.
- Analyze key growth levers such as traffic, conversion, basket size, content, affiliates, and live commerce across platforms.
- Perform competitive checks covering bundling strategies, promotional depth, and gifts-with-purchase (GWPs).
- Consolidate and analyze data from dashboards based on business needs to provide actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations based on competitor bundling and promotional strategies.
- Identify eNRM opportunities by reviewing top and fast-growing SKUs, demand spaces, and product benefits.
- Feed insights into innovation plans and business actions to drive growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion, sales, and promotions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferably with experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Knowledge of trade marketing and commercial performance metrics.
