HR Recruitment Specialist

Location: BGC, Taguig City

The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. This role plays a key part in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified applicants
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
• Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding new hires
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with job portals, recruitment tools, and HR systems
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is an advantage
