About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned account portfolio
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and pain points, and propose solutions that address their requirements
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new growth areas
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales account management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Willing to do field works and site coordination meeting
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
