Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily operations, sales performance, and service quality
• Ensures smooth and efficient store operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
• Monitors and achieves sales targets, productivity goals, and overall business profitability.
• Provides excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manages inventory levels, stock movement, and proper documentation to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
• Prepares operational and sales reports, including store performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• With 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Officer in Charge (OIC)
• Demonstrates strong leadership and effective team management abilities.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
• Knowledgeable in sales reporting, inventory control, and KPI monitoring.
