Job Description
Posted on 20 May 2026- Supervises and manages accounts payable, including reconciliation with supplier statements.
- Reviews and approves journal entries, disbursements, and fund transfers.
- Ensures compliance with BIR regulations and handles tax-related filings.
- Oversees preparation of payment requests and vouchers for local and principal suppliers.
- Monitors budgets, liquidations, and inventory controls.
- Prepares and reviews financial and statutory reports, including funding, tax, sales, assets, and intercompany transactions.
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Immediate Supervisor.

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Preferably with experience in a supervisory role
- Well knowledgeable in all facets of accounting
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and accounting systems/software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Honest, trustworthy, and with good moral character
- Willing to be relocated in San Fernando City, La Union
