Job Overview

This role is key to helping us attract top talent for our healthcare clients across the U.S.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of healthcare roles (e.g., RNs, CNAs, medical assistants, therapists).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance. · Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing standards.
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for U.S. healthcare positions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare staffing agencies or providers. ·
• Familiarity with compliance platforms (e.g., Joint Commission standards, background checks, drug screening).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Working Hours: Thursday to Monday 8am to 5pm EST.
