ROLE SUMMARY
- The Associate, Digital Marketing is responsible for supporting the company’s digital marketing efforts and help drive online growth; which involves assisting with the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across various channels, social media, search, and display.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Management- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Create and schedule engaging content for digital channels and social media platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, stories, videos, and other content formats.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social content with campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Support paid social media campaigns and audience targeting strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on platform algorithm changes, emerging tools, and best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors, and ensure a smooth, timely, and quality deliverable of all targets and deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
- With 1–2 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications.

- Competencies Required
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual identity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Has a strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or PR coordination.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and persona development.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with casino operations and gaming regulations is a plus
